Older is Wiser, Part II

Under the current economic conditions, it is hard enough to land back on your feet and get back to work.  It is even harder if you are over 50.  I recently wrote a blog post on the topic of managing the interview/job search process to overcome age bias.  It is such an important topic, I’m providing some more ideas on the issue.
